In Poland, this organization is present over 20 years and is one of the leading organizations on its respective market. The key objective for the Polish entity is related to the growth (revenue, bottom line, headcount, etc.) Therefore, it is important to put an emphasize on sales (winning new Clients) as well as on service delivery / operations. Hence, in order to further support the company’s will to grow, we are looking for a skilled, hands on individual, who is ready to assume the position of Operations Manager.

Planning and coordinating all the operational processes, from the installation of the devices to the final billing, in order to achieve all the (quantitative & qualitative) KPIs;

Close cooperation with the shared service center based in Gliwice;

Very close cooperation with sales department, establishing long term plans and searching for synergies;

Analyzing and promoting the continuous improvement for all the processes and their optimizations;

Forecasting & budgeting activities, in cooperation with the CEO;

Selecting and managing the sub-contractors, in order to keep a high level of efficiency and profitability;

Managing IT, Technology, Technical and Logistics functions as well as administration department;

Planning and coordinating the training activities for his team and sub-contactors;

HR Management (employment, development, deployment) for all his team.

University degree (preferably commercial and / or technical);

Several years of experience as a Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar;

Experience in managing operations within highly complex and quality focused environment (an experience in delivering services in B2B or B2C channel would be a very strong asset);

Ability to work in the international environment (fluent English is a must);

Ability to design, implement and optimize service delivery processes;

Ability to design and implement the operational budgets;

Experience in change management;

Successful track record in team management.
Furthermore, you should present a high level of drive and commitment, as well as hands on attitude.
