Operations Manager
As a result of dynamic growth of our company we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Operations Manager. The person hired for this position will be one of the key players in setting up new production line. Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to operations including the full scope of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Production Planning and Industrial Engineering. Additionally this person will ensure strict adherence within the operations to the policies and required standards of health, safety, environment and integrity.

- Establishing proper process of technology for new production line dealing with international environment;
- Emphasizing from the beginning the role of continuous improvement of production processes in order to increase efficiency, improve customer service and increase the productivity;
- Ensuring proper process of operational planning, technical documentation preparation and manufacturing with focus on customer expectations and quality;
- Supervising OHS regulations implementation and promoting health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results;
- Providing the best process standards and making sure quality is never compromised;
- Building partnerships and professional relationships with customers and other ABB factories;
- Ensuring resources accordingly to the hiring plan, supervising their adequate introduction and development;
- Managing of subordinate teams and maintaining positive attitude due to leadership best practices;
- Ensuring the highest standards in terms of communication and collaboration both within the managed area, and other organizational units in the Company;
- Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.
- Technical University degree (preferred mechanical or electrical field);
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience including at least 4-5 on a managerial position, preferably in an international manufacturing company;
- Documented leadership skills and proven track record in building interdisciplinary teams;
- Trustworthy person with appropriate level of seniority;
- Determined in reaching targets and present selfdriven and problem solving attitude;
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing;
- Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken;
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP system;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
