We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person for the role of:

 

 


Operations Manager

Place of work: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing areas of Field Service, Help Desk and Commissioning services in Poland,
  • Actively managing Team to ensure KPI levels and quality standards,
  • Identifying and determining key priorities implementing process and system improvements and changes to increase effectiveness,
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets,
  • Assisting Sales Team with negotiations and maintaining good relations with customers,
  • Leading, managing, and supporting a team of 70+ people, including Service Managers/Supervisors and Field Service Engineers,
  • Managing all aspects of employee’s job performance and career development,
  • Hiring and training team members,
  • Negotiating with suppliers of hardware, software and services,
  • Reporting to the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years experience in managing area of the field services,
  • Excellent understanding of Field Service processes,
  • Experience in process management,
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies,
  • Understanding of card payment industry would be a great advantage,
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively,
  • Ability to understand of client’s business objectives and strategies,
  • Excellent communication and team management skills,
  • Advanced in English.
