Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of client overall KPIs/Sales targets but also including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Term relationships with corporate clients, creating value add for the client you manage
- To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Ensure operational delivery in line with contractual agreements
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Provide inspired leadership for your team
- Reporting to Senior Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a projects in the BPO / SSC industry
- Mandatory: knowledge of English at a level that allows easy business communication
- Ability to analytical and logical thinking at a high level
- High presentation skills
- Positive attitude to changes, the ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Experience in managing a remote team is welcome
- High leadership skills
