The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
- Creation of KIIDs according to the event calendar and client requirements (in the various languages and versions) and performing controls
- Liaise with the Management Company and the Client for KIID"s approval
- Dissemination of KIIDs to the foreign competent authority or legal representative within a given time frame
- Monitor the KIID events all along the year
- Liaise with various data source providers (internal and external) and coordinate the data source provision
- Take part in the KIID offer implementation for new clients and their set-up on the KIID system in connection with the internal entities and the system vendor
- Active participation and contribution to the current model development
- Preparation and maintenance of operational procedures and operational memorandum
- KPIs monitoring and production
- Cooperation with IT department in case of incidents or data flow changes
- University degree: Law, Finance or other relevant
- At least 2 years of experience in investment operations
- Broad and overall understanding of asset management industry
- Basic knowledge of KIID
- Basic knowledge in Fund Accounting, Markets and Financial Instruments will be an asset
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills needed in dealing with clients
- Fluent written and oral English (including Legal English), good knowledge of French will be an advantage
- Sense of responsibility and orientation on quality
- Ability to work individually and in the team
- Analytical and organisation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
