Your role
Are you a leader with ability to manage resources and lead in a multi-vendors environment? Do you have Technical experience to be able to understand and resolve the incident? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
- maintains knowledge of business needs related to digital platforms and ensures that the Operation Center is operating an effective Knowledge Management
- provides advisory to Group Marketing Communications Services and business partners on topics related to digital platforms
- advises the business on improvement options related usage of digital platforms
- reviews reports – prepared by Operation Center Analysts related to business services and platform & application services
- service quality and stakeholder satisfaction for GMCS management
- takes end-to-end ownership and responsibility of the Operation Center activities
- ensures that all processes are constantly reviewed and optimized
- manages the Operation Center resources
- maintains strong relationships with the outsource providers and stakeholders
Your team
You'll be working as part of the Digital Platform Operations team. Your position will be based in Wroclaw. Our team focuses on providing support to business partners on all issues related to Group Marketing Communications Services digital platforms.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 3-5 years technical experience in management of Operation Center environments and Incident Management
- communication abilities to question and understand the nature of an issue and keep users informed
- qualifications such as ITIL certification
- excellent knowledge of IT systems and tools such as JIRA
- university degree or equivalent expertise (technical, economics or similar)
- deep understanding of relevant digital platforms (Adobe AEM, …)
You are:
- leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- able to facilitate discussion and align across multiple teams (Business and IT such as Application Operation and Infrastructure Operation)
- fluent in English language (German knowledge is an asset)
