Main responsibilities:
- Global support & set up of Moxie application
- interact extensively with CWT Global TTS/IT departments (multilingual, internal Clients) via: Service Manager, email or phone
- make sure all requests/issues are registered & resolved in timely manner, on global, regional and local level
- appropriate escalation to direct management and Product Business Owners, if needed
- application QA and UAT
- Ensure best practices and processes are adopted globally, regionally as well as locally
- Act as a Team Player
Position Requirements:
- English fluent: written and oral, other languages will be additional asset e.g. Spanish/Portuguese
- Abilities to deal within a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Moxie application will be additional asset
- Basic analytical skills
- Preferred – Bachelor or Masters Degree in related field and/or equivalent recent work experience
- Students are welcome
- Customer Service experience
