Currently for our Client we are looking for Candidates for a position of:
Online Sales Executive - German market
Duties and responsibilities:
- Resolves clients' questions or problems over the telephone or Internet focusing on product functionality;
- Generate new business and support sales tea, on major expansion business with current clients;
- Ensure follow-up by staying organized, maintaining dates, and complete profile information;
- Collaborating in the international environment on a daily basis;
- Analyse client’s questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams and handling problems to the satisfaction of the client;
- Use a consultative sales process to understand customer problems, objections, concerns, and needs;
- Influence and negotiate prices / packages with new customers'
- Supporting team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English and German;
- university degree or on the last year of studies, available for a full time job;
- strong interpersonal skills;
- experience in working in customer care/sales area - IT area would be an asset;
- solid knowledge of MS Office package.
