Context:
Client Implementation & Integration Services Team is responsible for regional administration and support of Online solutions for corporate travel. We are currently looking for a Online Account Consultant.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good command of English language including writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently but with a team-focused and out-of-the-box approach
- Quick learning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
- Investigation, diagnostic and problem solving skills (the Sherlock Holmes factor) with pro-active approach and mindset on client satisfaction
- Technical aptitude (active usage of MS Office Package). Familiarity with tourism-related applications such as GDSes, OBTs would be an asset
Duties:
- Work on multiple applications and keep abreast of their updates
- Foster a culture of teamwork by assisting colleagues when workload permits
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external clients
- Reproduce technical issues, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions and communicate status updates to clients
- Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Perform on-going maintenance of applications and offer setting enhancements to meet end user needs
