- Act as a 1st line support for Arla colleagues
- Provide day to day support to Arla employees with self-service processes (chat, phone calls and case management)
- Provide professional assistance for Arla employees with global HR processes by responding to internal requests
- Participate in internal and global HR projects to improve user experience and deliver top class service
- Take service to the next level by ensuring professional, high quality and timely service delivery within your designated area
- Work closely with colleagues in other teams in HR Shared Service Center and in Global HR
- Ensure continuous knowledge anchorage across the team by updating process documentation and work instruction (addressing knowledge gaps in the team)
- You have at least one year of experience in customer service or HR related area
- You are fluent in English
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools
- You have a positive, can-do attitude
- You have strong communication and problem solving skills
- You have good analytical and organization skills
- Understand Global HR processes and want to develop in HR area (experience in HR Shared Service Center would be an asset)
- Can work in a fast changing environment of HR processes and HR tools to support business in performing their daily tasks
- Are customer and quality oriented
- Are capable of building positive relationships and manage stakeholders
- Understand concept of business & organisational structures
- Experience with Success Factors/SAP and other HR systems (will be an asset)
- Working hours 8-16 and home office work possibility (hybrid mode)
