onDemand Delivery Coordinator
Place of work: Warsaw
General overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple localization projects, allocating resources to them and ensuring timely delivery. The candidate will also take a leading role in organizing and overseeing query and task queue for the onDemand operations. Due to the Customer specific needs the candidate will need to work in 8 hour shifts between 6 AM and 10 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with project teams, external clients and subcontractors
- Monitoring and scheduling of localization projects
- Tracking of progress and quality of work being performed by internal and external teams
- Allocation of resources to assigned tasks within localization projects
- Overseeing query queue for the suppliers and assuring timely resolution to any outstanding issues
- Communicating ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude

Keeping project manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact relations with client
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work in 8 hour shifts between 6 AM and 10 PM
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen and learning attitude to the latest technologies
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Experience in project management or a customer service would be an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office
