is looking for an Office Secretary in Warsaw! RICH SPORT is an integrative sport equipment company that was registered in Romania 1997 and is wholly owned by a Chinese businessman. In Romania, it is one of the few specialized companies which are comprehensively involved in trade, production and distribution, bicycles and motors sale is the main business. In recent years, RICH SPORT has been developing at a pace much faster than its peers. RICH SPORT made striking accomplishments in the past years, especially in the field of bicycles and motorcycles. According to data reported by the Romanian Automobile Producers and Importers Association (APIA), the cumulated sales of scooters, motorcycles and motor bicycles increased almost five times on the Romanian market during the initial nine months of 2008, up to almost 13,000 units. The raise was achieved due to Rich Motors, our company owns three quarters of the market and was not even included in statistics whole last year. Opis stanowiska

General Purpose
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • implement and maintain office systems
  • maintain schedules and calendars
  • arrange and confirm appointments
  • organize internal and external events
  • handle incoming mail and other material
  • set up and maintain filling systems
  • set up work procedures
  • maintain databases
  • communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • liaison with internal and external contacts
  • coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • operate office equipment
  • manage office space

Wymagania

Education and Experience
  • relevant training or qualification
  • knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures 
  • knowledge of business principles
  • proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
  • proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • proven experience in information and communication management
