Currently for our Client we are looking for Candidates for a position of:
Office coordinator (part time job)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Administration of recruitment processes in the Poznan office;
- Assisting the HR Team/Recruiters with Human Resources activities (payroll/compensations);
- Ensuring the proper workflow and office administration;
- Maintaining all general office supplies; engage with suppliers to ensure best prices;
- Participating in other HR– related processes in the department;
- Collaborating with foreign teams on a daily basis;
- Reporting;
- Supporting team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English language;
- university degree;
- experience in working in administrative/hr area;
- solid knowledge of MS Office package and Google tools.
