Opis stanowiska

The role will include 2 different tasks:

  • Office Administration and marketing support
    • Office Administration
      • ordering stationery, organising accommodation and travel
      • Acting as reception when visitors to the Company offices, and answer telephone calls and process faxes, and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with by the appropriate Department
      • Update work programme on weekly basis
      • Co-operation with external companies in regard to procurement of admin services
    • Marketing
      • Ongoing search for upcoming events, conferences etc
      • Co-ordinate ordering of adverts in publications
      • Process updates to website via IT/web designer
    • Reporting to
      • Business Development Manager
  • Accounting administration (in conjunction with Biogas Technology Ltd and outsourced accountants)
    • Purchase Ledger - Raise certain Purchase Orders, register all invoices and organise payment
    • Sales Ledger - Raise sales invoices and chase payment / match payments on sales Ledger.
    • Payroll – Ensure that timesheets are submitted and on time/ eventual processing of timesheet data
    • Expenses and Allowances - ensure these are submitted and processed correctly
    • Job accounting - review and produce job cost information for use by Departments
    • General - Act as the co-ordinator/liaison of all accountancy information/documents with outsourced accountants and BTL.

      • Financial Director of Biogas Technology Ltd, or appointed representatives
  • Wymagania

    • Essentials
      • very good written and spoken English language skills
      • very good organisational skills and systematic approach
      • strong communication skills and easiness of making contacts
      • capability of working in a team
      • use of PC (MS Office package)
      • Customer driven focus and professional approach
    • Preferred
      • experience on similar position would be welcome
      • knowledge of accounting (Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, cashbook)
