Job description
- Leading the delivery team
- Supporting function to Delivery Manager
- Contacting establishing and developing relationships with Client’s representatives and other parties, managing process transformations
- Providing high quality reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requirements
- Dispute management and taking ownership of escalations
- Managing the team workload and KPI performance results effectively in order to adjust team goals to monthly changes in portfolio
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope and portfolio to assure productivity gains increase is in line with contract requirement for the assigned portfolio
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Candidate’s profile
- Advanced Spanish
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in at least one of the areas: O2C area including Cash Application, R2A and P2P
- Excellent Customer Service & strong communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client
- Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hock priority tasks
- Advanced Excel knowledge and computing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details balanced with quick summary and solutions
- Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization)
- Deliver various reports within deadlines and on short notices
- Ability to analyze and organize information and build action plans to meet Client quality requirements
- Ability to balance Client situation and requirements with company profitability and people management
- SAP knowledge nice to have
