For new SSC we are looking for O2C Analyst Customer Service
Deliver service in Order-to-Cash areas to Elanco customers:
- Effectively process customer orders ensuring priority for urgent orders and positive customer experience
- Effectively manage all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders, including completing outbound calls.
- Effectively analyseall outstanding customer aging to identify collection priorities. Engage with customers by phone or email to prompt collections using market best practices.
- Support global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant order processing
- Support the overall O2C Customer Service team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
- Be seen asa “go-to” information resource for O2C Customer Service processing and related queries
- Support SAP S4/HANA implementation including testing, trainings preparation and delivery
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in O2C functions in SAP SD or FI modules
- Active participation in transition of operations or SAP implementation in O2C area
- Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment will be an asset
- Experience in direct contact with customers: phone, e-mails etc.
- University degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving
- Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
