Job description:
The primary purpose ofthe Network Engineer – Network Specialist is to provide technical support such network appliances as access points, switches, routers, load balancers and traffic optimizers. This support is provided to a large number of company customers ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the established Service level Agreements and quality standards.
- Good knowledge and experience of network and security services
- Good knowledge of the physical configuration of IT systems
- Experience of client / server environment
- Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas: network configuration and protocols, hardware technologies, operation systems
- Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
- English or French at least on upper-intermediate level
- Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) qualification
- Experieince in networking and security
- Linux/Unix foundations
