Exciting new opportunity to expand and develop in depth knowledge on SAP systems, specifically SD but the internal opportunities to learn other systems and grow career are ever present in this multinational, multilingual retail focused IT company. This role is suitable for SAP key/super users who have experience in IDocs.
Responsibilities
- Daily control and maintenance of IDocs including studying, analysing and resolution
- Providing all associated interfaces and reports related to SAP SD
- Providing support to end users and through various stages
- Work either independently or cooperatively as part of a team
- Effectively deliver project targets using good time management and coordination using SAP SD systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication
What we need from you:
- Brief practical experience in SAP SD, either as a team or in solo work
- Experience in IDoc monitoring and problem solving.
- Knowledge and understanding of complimenting SAP modules such as PP, MM, FI etc.
- Fluent in English
