- Execution of NPD projects related to product or/and packing changes within PLM system
- Coordinating projects in collaborative wat with the different stakeholders at all sourcing locations
- Tracking progress of the projects and providing projects’ status to Line Manager and Market
- Preparation of preliminary info required for Project initiation (Packaging Briefs, Market Stimulation, Creative designs etc.)
- Coordination of bar-codes assignment process from Market side
- Organizing and leading projects’ kick-off meetings under the responsibility of Project Manager role
- Tracking information on lead-times for different steps of the process: coordination of layouts development & approval process
- Tracking and looking for opportunities to optimize the product cost and rationalize OTC amounts
- Managing end-to-end NPD Process ensuring timely execution of all product
- Tracking project timelines against plan and ensuring that key stakeholders including NPD & Commercial Strategy Manager and Marketing Lead are aware of any delays and issues
- Providing technical support within artworks development process
- Providing technical support to Brand Groups during Barrel Proofs, Color matchings and Quality Releases
- Analyzing competitor product and pack initiatives and investigating/proposing alternatives in-line strategy
- Have a Bachelor/University Degree in Economics, Statistic or Finance
- 3 years of experience in FMCG in New Product Development (NPD), Marketing or project management roles with proven track record in cross-functional projects
- Good sales and marketing background
- In-depth understanding of overall JTI NPD process and PLM system is essential
- Strong experience and knowledge of packing and product development
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Local language of the markets assigned is a plus
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Good interpersonal and project management skills
