Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Provide Level 2/3 operational support of networks and DC infrastructures including the following technologies:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco ASA & Juniper SRX Firewalls
- F5 LTM load balancers
- Participate in international projects
- Define and maintain technology documentation
- Identify and propose improvements to the existing processes and standards
- Problem management
- Part of the on-call rotation
- Very good working English (written and oral)
- Min 2 years of experience in implementing network solutions for large-scale clients
- Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Have knowledge on the network security based on Cisco devices, knowledge of Juniperfirewalls would be an advantage
- Have understanding of load balancing technologies
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management) nice to have
- Problem solving, analytical and logical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
