The Networking Solutions Engineer provides pre-sales technical support to field sales teams during the sales process and is responsible for designing and planning of networking solutions for customers. NSE is also accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of the networking solution and the direct relationship with the customers’ strategic business plans. We are looking for a highly skilled and effective person to join our team full-time.
- Designs Dell Networking solution for the customer and presents on all aspects of networking products and services.
- Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of networking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Conducts customer needs analysis.
- Identifies appropriate networking products and services to meet the full range of customer needs
- Prepares detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling networking product and solutions.
- Assists sellers in creating demand for product.
- Achieves targeted and forecasted sales goals for the Networking business in the segment/regions of responsibility.
- Contributes to regular account and opportunity planning sessions to develop clear account strategies, value propositions, tactics and actions to drive incremental sales of Dell Solutions.
- Requires a high degree of technical competency to respond to customer needs and to discuss product capabilities and applications with technical users/buyers.
- Customarily and regularly engages at client facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.
- Maintains and utilizes detailed industry knowledge, including expert working level knowledge of networking solutions and technologies. Uses this expertise to construct and quote specific and detailed solutions for customer sales opportunities.
- Advanced skills in networking infrastructure design and implementation.
- In depth understanding of networking solutions (LAN & Wireless LAN) like Dell, Cisco, Juniper, Motorola, Extreme Networks, Brocade, HP.
- Knowledge of key networking standards and their implementations.
- Knowledge of associated solution technologies - Load Balancing, WAN optimization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in Polish and English.
- Ability to travel to customer locations, work to a flexible schedule and react to business needs promptly.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Prioritization of tasks and meeting of deadlines, excellent time management skills.
- Should be a team player with outstanding customer service skills.
- Should have a valid driver’s license (cat. B).
