Job Description:
- Manage the implementation of Accenture standards applied to network environments within EMEA centres network infrastructure with local and global LAN / WAN teams.
- Design, coordinate and implement complex network scenarios as per the various client requirements.
- Participate on periodical review and audits of the network environment
- Will be the Third level of escalation for any network related issues for EMEA local LAN / WAN problems.
- Manage the implementation of the network policies & procedures to adhere to the security standard of Accenture.
- Responsible for the effective utilization of the network resources to resolve the network issues.
- Deliver Services as defined in SLA
- Provide sufficient support in implementing Quality standards, including Information Security Standards as per Organization strategy and adhered to.
- Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures defined for his/her area of work.
- Degree in technical subject preferred (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
- Experience in networking technologies for minimum 2 years. This includes good understanding and practical "hands-on" experience on:
- Cisco IOS devices (switches, routers) and/or Juniper Junos (switches, firewalls)
- Cisco ASA firewalls (filtering, routing, NAT)
- Multi vlan infrastructure
- IPSEC tunnelling
- Following services and features: trunking, aggregated interfaces, VTP, STP
- Able to individually solve problems (e.g. troubleshoot some performance issue)
- Ability to deal with stress of competing priorities and diverging interests within the same immediate time frame
- High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams
- Communicative, open to internal customers
- Very good English skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
