Network Operator
Job Description
Providing daily operational support for client'snetwork, security and communication infrastructure:
- Preparing diagnosis of emerging incidents;
- Introduction of changes;
- Collaboration with external and internal technical workers, teams and counterparts;
- Managing of system's performance, productivity and service quality;
- Supervise the efficiency of systems and networks.
- Technical education (IT or Telecommunication);
- Basic administrative knowledge about network concepts, operating and/or database systems;
- Knowledge of LAN/ WAN and TCP/IP technologies and protocols;
- Familiarity with Cisco devices;
- Ability to deal with multi-task issues;
- CCNET or CCNA certificate – as an advantage;
- English on upper-intermediate level;
- Abilityto work on shifts 24x7;
- Workplace: Bydgoszcz.
