About this opportunity
Welcome to the Network Governance team. We add value by providing full lifecycle of the network platform, defining the overall network operational strategy, ensuring technology health, alignment towards business needs and cost-effective continuous improvement. As a Network Compliance Officer, you’ll take care of platforms compliance, controls check, risk management and managing of internal audit's findings deadlines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Continously evaluating policies and procedures and making recommendations to modify as necessary to keep in line with strategic objectives and/or compliance guidelines
- Assuming responsibility for effectively developing, testing, recommending and implementing new processes, procedures and instructions
- Supporting Network Platfrom Owners with development and maintenance of a disaster recovery plan for the network
- Assessing risk potential of current procedures and instituting new procedures that minimize loss exposure
- Developing and implementing corrective action procedures as necessary to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and to avoid future compliance problem
You’ll join a new, challenging team with big influence on health and compliance of Nordea Network. The role is based in Warsaw, Gdynia or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
- Good communication and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills capable of fostering culture of collaboration with the strategic suppliers
- Experience in developing structured documentation, processes and procedures
- Practical experience with financial institution (including: risks and audits)
- Basic understanding about network technology (switches, routers, filrewalls, web application firewals, load balancers) and security topics awareness
- Experience working in a predominantly outsourced IT Infrastructure environment
