- Serves as project resource for projects requiring programming skills involving: ASP.Net, C#.Net or VB.Net, T-SQL, MVC, Web Forms
- Performs third level support for IAM incidents related to managed sites/services. Understands priority and manages incidents relative to the priority
- Assists in the administration and support of IAM applications and associated infrastructure Works with senior members of IAM team in the design, build and implementation of new IAM solutions
- Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues Creates and maintains documentation of procedures and standards associated to IAM solutions
- Works independently and maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and external training courses
- Min. 1 year of experience with web development technologies ASP.Net Web Forms or MVC
- General knowledge of maintaining and managing server computing infrastructure based on Windows Server 2008
- Experience with MS SQL programming is a plus
- Active Directory and Identity Management key concepts knowledge is a plus
- Very good English skills
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle
- Experience with the development of technical documentation and technical communications
