- Serves as project resource for projects requiring programming expertise involving SQL, .NET, Access/VB and ASP/X/HTML
- Performs third level support for IAM incidents. Understands priority and manages incidents relative to the priority
- Assists in the administration and support of IAM applications and associated infrastructure
- Works with senior members of IAM team in the design, build and implementation of new IAM solutions
- Helps to maintains integrity and performance of global Active Directory environment
- Works with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues
- Creates and maintains documentation of procedures and standards associated to IAM solutions
- Performs periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards
- Provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required
- Works independently and maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times
- Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and external training courses
- Min. 1 year of experience with development technologies including VB.net or C#, MVC and SQL
- Very good English skills
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle
- Experience with the development of technical documentation and technical communications
- Experience with system.directoryservices namespace, development technologies including VBScript and Powershell
- Experience of networking concepts and technologies
