Responsibilities:

Prime Responsibilities:

Ensure proper communication with the application owner
Participate in the analysis phase of the application on boarding process
Engage application development teams to understand the application's architecture and identify possible gaps
Give technical assistance to the application development team to bridge any identified gaps
Assist, where required, in areas of functional expertise and development assistance for utilizing standard components
Ensure all standards being followed
Assist with application on boarding process, where required
Assist application owners with any queries
Assist consultants in other regions, where able and required
Level 3 support for Engineering Team
Provide development support for application migration

Secondary Responsibility:

gather requirements for future release
Participate in design reviews of future releases and features
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements of key processes
Conduct trainings for application developers
Perform BladeLogic deployments of hostable components to DEV & UAT, if required

Requirements:

Experience in Microsoft .Net Framework
Experience in Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase
Experience in Windows Communication Foundation, RIA Services, SAML
Experience in HTML, ASP, XML , JavaScript , JQuery
Experience in SVN Tortoise
Experience in Internet Information Services
Experience in SSL Certificate based authentication
General IT knowledge and background in development & infrastructure
Experience in configuration of enterprise components
Consulting experience in complex IT infrastructure

Soft skills:

Professional communication skills
Team oriented, independent and proactive
Advanced skills in coordination, organization and tracking
