RESPONSIBILITIES RELEATED TO THE POSITION:
• Delivering services according to agreed processes
• Administrative tasks such as user access rights administration, product set-up/master data maintenance
• Solving daily users issues with system
• Providing (end) user training
• Participation in project activities contributing with business knowledge and application insight
• Maintaining and developing our Service Catalogue to provide services as needed and agreed with the business
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Master’s Degree in Science or Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on a similar position
• Knowledge of Navision System
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong business insight and understanding
• Service minded, proactive, persistent
• Willingness to travel abroad and to work in international environment
