Responsibilities:
- Mystery inspector tasks:
- Making plan for Mystery Inspection trip
- Control Check-In process
- Control Boarding process
- Control Ramp process
- Control Security process
- Customer satisfaction survey
- Preparing reports from Mystery Inspections
- Preparing “feedback form” for visited stations
- Sending reports and “feedback form” to the appropriate people
- Ground Operation’s Assistant needs to give all kind of assistance, help needed by the local GOM to the:
- Management of the airline’s ground handling suppliers and airport companies
- Ensuring that ground handling companies and airport operations comply with Wizz Air’s safety standards at all times
- Management of any disruption
- Preparation of standard ground handling agreement (SGHA) templates
- Support the Ground Operations Team in activities across the network as required
- General administration and reporting duties
Requirements:
- Ability to live and work in the given location
- Fluent English speaker
- Being in active studies of a Degree or University level educational institution
- Ability to travel 4-8 days/monthly
- Ability for office work 8-16 hours/weekly
- Good observation skills
- Creative and proactive personality with „can do” approach
- Computer skills
- Flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic
