Project Description:
We've been engaged by a large European Bank to provide resources to their Murex program.
Joining this program you will have the benefit of working with an established client team, fully involved in the project initiation through to project implementation.
Responsibilities
You will be a Business Analyst focussing on Back Office requirements on Murex. This would include extending the existing implementation with these new product types as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the proposed solution in Murex
- Manage requirements through to acceptance and delivery into the Murex platform inclusive of training and Hypercare (post-implementation support)
- Work closely with the test team to review test cases and coverage, analyse defects and provide Murex configuration advise
- Augment the existing team members to fill capability gaps and backfill existing team members, as required
- Some level of thought leadership on solution design for BO processing in Murex will be expected
- Provide specialist markets technology solutions to assist in simplifying the existing architecture and automate the existing process
- Participate and Lead requirements workshops, sometimes including a large number of business SMEs who are geographically distributed.
Skills
- 5+ years experience of business analysis experience
- 3+ years Murex BO processing
- Experience in Workflows and Integrations.
- Experience in Murex Development, OSP, Confirmation Templates, Pre and Post Trade workflows, Inbound and Outbound Integration.
- Experience in various financial products and IT services.
- Previous experience with financial markets technology from a Financial Markets or Risk perspective.
- Experience in discussing results with BO and BO support stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of various asset classes including IRD, FI, Credit, FX
