Rensponsibilities:
- Provide 2/3rd level high quality end user support in the area of managed mobile devices and Microsoft 365 services
- Ensure the day to day operational deliveries for configuration and maintenance on M365 applications and cloud related components for managing mobile devices
- Understands and solves the problems with Office 365 services, used applications and managed mobile devices
- Acts as a driver on high level support to ensure quality of delivered solutions for business and IT at technical and functional level
- Interacts with Experts and Architects to meet the company's strategies and roadmaps
- Participate in projects as a Subject Matter Expert
