Mobile Marketing Manager (m/f)
Location: Łódź
Your mission:
- Strategic management of polish mobile/app performance marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new customers and engaging existing customers
- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall mobile app marketing plans
- Key activities include managing all elements of the mobile marketing mix (e.g. app boost, incentive- and non- incentive, fb, mobile CRM, retargeting)
- Work closely with PizzaPortal Mobile Product marketing team to help develop and drive the planning for the worldwide mobile strategy
- Take lead in initiating, scoping and delivering case studies, best practices & thought leadership within the Mobile space
- Work closely with other marketing and bi-teams to analyse performance of all marketing channels in terms of identifying the best opportunities for optimization, and regularly iterate to maximize mobile performance
- Be a "Mobile/App ambassador" between the marketing and product teams
- Administer, optimize and develop the (mobile) tracking technologies used to assess performance marketing campaigns
- Continuous optimization and success monitoring and reporting for performance marketing campaigns based on specific KPIs
- Analyse the App market and monitor competitors
Your heroic skills:
- University degree in business management or marketing
- At least two years professional experience in (mobile) performance marketing with iOS and Android as a focus area
- Passionate about beautifully designed app experiences
- Experience – and desire – to do both strategic marketing and daily execution and optimization, ideally also experience with mobile CRM (pushes, in app)
- Proven history of delivering results and fostering strong partnership with teams across the company
- Strong analytical aptitude; Ability to analyse and propose data-driven solutions
- Successfully leading and developing people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
