Młodszy Specjalista ds. telefonicznej obsługi Klienta
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Aleje Jerozolimskie 142b

(połączenia w ruchu przychodzącym)

Zakres obowiązków:
  • telefoniczna obsługa Klienta w ruchu przychodzącym zgodnie z najwyższymi standardami,
  • diagnoza i pomoc w zakresie rozwiązania problemów Klienta w temacie odczytów, windykacji oraz rozliczeń.
Czego oczekujemy?
  • umiejętności swobodnego prowadzenia rozmów telefonicznych, oraz aktywnego słuchania,
  • motywacji do pracy oraz umiejętności pracy z Klientem,
  • dobrej znajomości obsługi komputera,
  • entuzjazmu,
  • dyspozycyjności w pełnym wymiarze godzin (8h),
    (poniedziałek- piątek 7:00-20:00).
