Job description
• Ensuring smooth execution of migrations of mailboxes to Office 365 cloud,
• Managing the escalations from the customer,
• Coordinating with the Customer Post Migration issues during the Migration,
• Updating the customer forecast and high level schedule in the internal tools to provide visibility of the customers coming in for migrations, migration type and volumes for the Migration factory to plan for resourcing appropriately.
Requirements
Core requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in IT area,
• Knowledge and experience with Windows Server environment
• University degree,
• Very good German,
• Very good English,
• Attention to details,
• Ability to travel and work from Warsaw (50% of time),
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Server,
• Intermediate knowledge about Powershell,
• Experience and comfort in working within international environment,
• Strong interpersonal skills.
Nice to have skills
• Knowledge about other mail server solutions (Lotus Domino, Novell),
• Experience with Powershell.
