You will play an important role in Infrastructure Operations Center where you will have a central role in the continuous improvement of our IT support to the business. This is a great opportunity to develop your competences using various IT solutions. Some travelling and on-call duty can be expected.
What we expect from you:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- You communicate effortlessly in English
- You have good operational knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008/2012
- Experience in Microsoft solutions (Windows Servers, AD, Group Policy, etc).
- You are eager to develop skills and competences using and mastering different IT solutions.
- You have experience with business interaction and providing support to users, and you enjoy working in teams across business and IT
- Knowledge of Hyper-V/VMWare–virtual machines configuration.
- Experience in SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of IIS/web services
- You are familiar with ITIL processes & procedures
- Ideally you understand business procedures within production and sales environment
