Main tasks on the position:
- Technical support for customers using the software (help desk), assistance to users by telephone
- Product support - registration of customer requests, the initial diagnosis of software problems, a detailed description of the problems and implementation of updates
- Deepening knowledge of Microsoft technology in order to participate in future IT projects
Our requirements:
- Higher education in area of Computer Science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of : Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Microsoft SharePoint Server, MS Windows XP, 7
- Knowledge of Live Meeting, Office Communicator technologies
- Problem solving and cooperation with customers ability
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience on similar position will be an asset
