#Meticulous Senior Billing Accountant (The US)
Location: Poznań
Requirements
- excellent level of written and spoken English
- excellent MS Excel and Office skills
- 1-3 years' experience in SSC structures (AR, billing or other finance environment)
- excellent understanding principles and concepts
- ERP system knowledge beneficial (People Soft, SAP experience preferred)
- hands-on experience spreadsheets in operating
- attention to detail and accuracy
- being a team player with open and flexible work-style
Responsibilities
- provide accurate billing to the assigned customers portfolio
- prepare, review invoices and supporting documentation to customers
- ensure invoices are posted with correct coding and booked on correct G/L accounts
- participating in month end activities and conduct monthly reconciliations of billing accounts in G/L
- work independently and take ownership of designed tasks, projects and portfolio
- liaise with various Departments and all levels of Management to address any billing issues
- verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
- assist supervisor in stablish, execute and delegate goals to team members to ensure adherence to SLAs
- assume and fulfil Supervisor's tasks and responsibilities in their absence/shift
