The perfect candidate will take responsibility as the member of board, puts together business- and finance plan, also makes quick steps towards the plans and results given by the shareholders. The main task of the board member is the operational and strategic management of the company. The board member represents the company everywhere.
- Active participation in creating and following the existing company’s strategy and vision.
- Developing business and finance plans in cooperation with management in Estonia.
- Managing the company’s internal and external communication, including client management.
- Recruitment of personnel and working with personnel within the assigned country.
- Coordination of the administrative work within the assigned office.
- Communication with different associates.
- Ability to work independently and lead people to achieve the best results possible.

- Higher education, preferably in business management.
- Previous experience in leading the organization and budget.
- Representability and well-mannered attitude.
- Very good written, oral communication and self-expression skills.
