In order to continue to provide innovative, medical devices to healthcare providers who demand the best for their patients our Client is looking for a MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE with responsibility for all of POLAND to work within the Urology Business Unit
Opis stanowiska:
- The main purpose of this position is to serve the client's patients by increasing the sales and profitability in the assigned territory. It will be achieved by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed and reported to the Regional Manager for the Urology SBU (Strategic Business Unit).
- The Sales Representative must develop a knowledge and understanding of the products and their associated clinical areas of use.
- Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and key regional physicians.
- Provide technical training and support to doctors, nurses and medical personnel on the use of Client's medical devices as required.
- Arrange meetings between customers and Key Account personnel or SBU management as appropriate to facilitate tender negotiations, group purchasing contracts, etc.
- Develop and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the product range of the Strategic Business Unit and a sound understanding of the associated medical discipline.
- Meet or exceed the sales targets set by SBU Management by working independently in assigned territory to present and sell products and services to physicians, hospitals, outpatient facilities, health care facilities, purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, multi-hospital systems, health care provider alliances, and other key decision makers
- Develop and maintain an annual business plan which includes but is not limited to the following:
- - anticipated sales increases
- - risk management
- - sales opportunities
- - anticipated competitive activity
- - contingency plans
- - Follow-through on customer requests and commitments
- - Monitor market share and competitor activity in the assigned territory.
Kogo szukamy:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Product or Procedural knowledge will be an advantage
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent organizational and numeric skills
- Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory
- Language Skills - good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solving skills
- High self-motivation
