Become a part of Masterdata team in Analytics Power House Agile Transformation train. Responsible for implementation of Arla standards and tools in Masterdata area in all new organisations and ensuring using unified solutions across all existing entities.
Acting as Masterdata Operational Expert, you’ll:
- work with stakeholders in gathering new business requirements for Master Data objects (customers/materials/vendors),
- work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for Master Data Operations,
- work with other subject matter experts and project teams to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the Master Data requirements,
- lead own improvement initiatives, system and process enhancements,
- design and implement global and standardized solutions and processes across the company,
- secure high quality level of performed processes to reach agreed KPI level.
Being a part of a bigger community, you’ll support operational teams in order to understand Master Data solutions in Arla and support proper Master Data maintenance process in SAP. Your cooperation with various stakeholders will involve also support in design and implementation of global and standardized master data solutions and processes across Arla, as well as defining and documenting policies, rules and guidelines for Master Data area.

You are holding a degree in finance, economics or IT. Working for at least 3 years in Master Data management. You are mastering in Master Data policies, processes and tools, and you are aware of their influence on other areas. SAP setup in regards to Master Data is no mystery to you. Being the interface between Master Data specialists and broad range of stakeholders makes assertiveness and communication skills very important for the success of the Master Data Operational Expert role and is essential to work in matrix structure. You can transform data into insight and know that the best results are obtained through sound and positive collaboration with others.
