We are looking for:
- Creation / update / de-activation of Customer Master Data in ERP system (SAP, LOTS) according to agreed country specifics for Europe and EMA and agreed timing
- Creation / update / de-activation of Customer Master Data in SFDC and CRM according to agreed rules for Europe and EMA and agreed timing
- Responsible for data quality of Customer Master Data objects
- Deciding if creation of Customer Master Data objects is necessary; advising the correct Customer Master Data object to requestor
- Responsible for creating the connation / link between transactional and commercial Customer Master Data
- Preparing reports on Customer Master Data Team Leader demand
- Coordination of de-activation of Customer Master Data objects
- Maintaining the internal Customer Master Data procedures according to agreed changes for the Master Data processes
- Cooperation with different departments within BD e.g. Customer Care Organization; TSSC, E-commerce, Technical Service, Complaints, Business
- Training of new team members
- Good command of English and German languages
- Degree level required
- Familiarity with MS Excel (SAP is a plus)
- Willingness to work in detail-oriented way and to seek for improvements
