The person will be responsible for:
- supporting stakeholders in preparing data exports, compliance measurement, analysis and reporting,
- coordinating data quality improvements activities for customer/vendors, analyze of potential duplicates,
- conducting "on demand" data analysis,
- working and adapting to a breadth of tools, data sources and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact business questions and present the insights to leadership in a concise and effective manner,
- translating business challenges to analytical requirements and models in order to help the business make better decisions in strategy and forecasting.
We are looking for a person who has:
- master degree in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, operations research, or related field),
- advanced statistical modelling and data-mining skills using software packages like R, SPSS, Matlab or SAS,
- basic SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn),
- experience and understanding of Master Data work and textual data analytics,
- competence of helping in working on sourcing, storing, scrubbing and analyzing data with all kinds of tools,
- visualization skills,
- expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel,
- experience in building KPIs for Data and processes,
- very good oral and written skills in English.
Nice to have:
- SAP environment user perspective,
- any other foreign language is a plus
