Job Description
- Leads the Instant Category in Poland to sustainable and profitable growth.
- Strengthens Jacobs Equity in Poland
- Ensures achievements of plans and objectives set up by yearly plans. Is key influencer/builder of yearly plans
- Monitors key KPIs (incl. Market Shares, Equity Tracker, Household data) and recommend action in order to grow JDE Instant position in Poland
- Translates the Category and Brand strategy guidelines into local marketing campaign by managing local execution of communicational and promotional activities (ATL and BTL instruments)
- Compile local knowledge, key market insights in order to share them with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience within marketing company (at least 8 years in FMCG)
- Ability to project-manage and multitask at scale, working with cross functional groups and external third parties as required, with demonstrated leadership of leading initiatives and projects at your organization
- High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
- Team Player - open with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Strong logical, analytical and conceptual thinking
- High engagement and motivation
