Marketing Executive
Location: Warszawa
Job Description
- Formulate and execute sales & marketing plan for station in consultation with Country Manager, Commercial Manager and sales team based on the station’s marketing budget
- Plan the marketing budget
- Organize, control and analyze the marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Implement various marketing campaigns i.e. cross media advertising, direct marketing campaigns, mailing in B2B/B2C field, classic sales promotion activities
- Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department, communicate openly, solve problems proactively, propose creative ideas
- Identify, build and rollout marketing best practices maintaining marketing standards and compliance
- Develop a promotional strategy that enhances the product position, meets revenue objectives and maximizes audience awareness and station´s income
- Maintain relevant levels of contact with clients and at all times demonstrating a high standard of conduct and service to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage stock of stations’ marketing giveaways and point of sales materials, look after Corporate Identity
- Assist and coordinate the purchase of innovative and appropriate point of sales materials to communicate Qatar Airways brand effectively
Candidate profile
- Educated to degree level, plus relevant marketing qualification
- PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- At least 2 years marketing experience, preferably in a service orientated environment (ideally within a creative agency, airline or travel industry sector)
- Outstanding communication skills (written & spoken) in English
- Team working and interpersonal skills:- ability to work cross functionally and persuasively
- Creativity demonstrated in previous experience in developing and implementing new concepts
- Sound analytical skills:- ability to evaluate ROI’s and campaign performance
- Good budget control skills
