Scope of duties:
- implementation of the overall marketing objectives and initiatives to support the strategy,
- management of the marketing communications budget,
- effective presentation and communication of proposed marketing initiatives to the Marketing Director,
- compliance with regulations regarding trade practices, health and safety,
- reporting to: CEE Marketing Director, PL Country Manager,
- development of a customer focused culture,
- monitoring the market trends in target segments,
- agency management (advertising, PR, media, creative, technical),
- website content management.
Profile description:
- university degree, educational background in economics or marketing,
- at least 3 years of experience in marketing communication,
- experience in construction materials, building industry or similar,
- strong customer orientation,
- planning and organizing,
- team work,
- fluency in english,
- willingness to relocate to Warsaw.
