CHI Polska S.A., operator of coffeeheaven brand is looking for active person, ready to work as:


Marketing Communications Coordinator


Reporting to head of marketing department and based at head office in Warsaw this position will be responsible for successful developing coffeeheaven brand in Poland.

 

MCC will take part in the creation and implementation of coffeeheaven's external marketing and communications strategy. The tasks to be accomplished include among others: independently leading (as a leader) PR and marketing projects in accordance with the business aims of the company, involving many internal and external stakeholders; maintaining the external network of contacts – this regards communication with the company's surroundings (above all with journalists and business partners); leading and developing traditional publications and modern forms of brand communication (independently leading communications in social media and supervision of the company website);  preparation of budgets and control of expenses and meeting project deadlines, appraisal supervision of led campaigns and commissioning of future activities.

 

The tasks to be accomplished on this position require independence and experience. This is why we are seeking candidates who enjoy working with passion, display creativity and the abilities to see the wider picture and to foresee challenges. The candidate should be able to work dynamically with commitment and possess self-motivating skills.

 

The ideal person for this position should posses the following:

 

  • Copywriting and excellent linguistic skills;
  • Attitude to achieve set aims, strong analytical skills and the ability to think out of the box and quickly solve business issues;
  • The ability to concurrently work on several projects of high priority;
  • The ability to work in a team;
  • 5-6 years experience in marketing and PR (especially
    experience in both PR/marketing departments as well as in PR agencies);
  • Knowledge of social media, traditional and internet media markets;
  • The skills to run CRM platforms and graphics programs.
