Currently, for our Client, we are looking for an experienced
Manufacturing Development Engineer

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation (Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, WorkInstructions, Time studies, etc.)
- Creating technical specifications for production equipment
- Participating in the design reviews with engineering department focusing on DFM-DFA (Design For Manufacturing – Design For Assembly)
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSc or MSc) with minimum 3 years of experience as a Process/ Industrialization Engineer or similar within Automotive Sector. Preferably experience from production lines with manual assembly processes
- PPAP knowledge is mandatory with experience in developing and/or participating inFlow Charts, PFMEA and Control Plans
- Hands-on approach to testing of production jigs and assembly processes
- Used to work within production environment, directly in contact with the shop floor where the assembly processes are located
- Used to develop both simple and complex production equipment in collaboration with external suppliers
- Prominent IT skills (MS Office)
- Fluent spoken and written English (English is the working language)
- Travel toother TE sites if required
