Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for achieving or exceeding compliant sales and sustainable EBITDA targets
- Measure organization’s performance against clearly established goals and benchmark against key competitors
- Responsibility to set up and execute short-term action plans, that aim at the implementation of the company’s strategies or that are necessary to tackle effectively challenges from the market or competitors
- Establishing long-term strategic direction in consideration of the corporate umbrella strategy
- Legal accountability for all activities related to the company’s business activities
- Manage financial and human resources within the country, which includes staffing, development and performance management for management as well as for employees to maximize the effectiveness of the organization
- Build up and nurture an organization culture with an emphasis on cross-functional and vertical teamwork, joint accountability, a commitment toward common goals, shared values, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- University degree
- Extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare business, both in B2B and B2C field
- Organizational development skills
- Consistent and outstanding business performance record and leadership capabilities
- Excellent intercultural as well as interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (C1)
