With its local branch in Poznań founded in 2011, the company has significantly boosted its existence on the Polish market and since that time has been intensively reinforcing its position as a leading partner of veterinary practitioners and wholesalers in Poland.
Due to plans of further development and expansion of the Kruuse brand on the Polish market, Mercuri Urval has been assigned the task of recruiting a professional who will take up the role of Managing Director KRUUSE Polska.
In your new role you will manage the local Kruuse branch with full responsibility for all ongoing business operations, performance of the team and company’s financial results.
You will take care of building a solid and recognizable brand among targeted customers and partners on the veterinary market, defining further development direction by setting and implementing the local organization's short and long term objectives and strategies. Acting as a leader of a professional group, you will have a significant impact on creating and developing proper business approach among the team, being simultaneously actively engaged in commercial performance on major accounts level, continuous analyzing of the market, competitors and customers to assure evolution of the company’s position as well as proper brand recognition.
To be successful on this particular position, you should demonstrate solid B2B sales experience, including several years of managerial practice gained in an international structure. Proven track record in efficient building and developing of professional relations with key customers on the veterinary market is essential within this post.
You should combine your veterinary and/or economical background with an elevated degree of organizational skills, creative approach to business and result focus to smoothly run the commercial activity of the company. Ability to motivate others, excellent leadership skills and previous team-management experience are highly expected.
As you will be a part of an international organization, reporting directly to the International Market Director, you must communicate fluently in both Polish and English.
