Main accountabilities
Service delivery:
- Leads, manages and develops teams of approx. up to 50 individuals to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service for the Client.
- Works closely with the Client and focuses on continuously developing business relationships.
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations. Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the Client. Manages escalations and crisis situations.
- Identifies potential risks related to project’s financials and report them to senior management. Ensures that operations are run according to budget constrains for the project. Control expenses for the project. Prepare billing calculation based on contract.
- Continually strives to optimize, standardize and improve processes and encourages teams to do the same.
- Ensures compliance with Capgemini Risk&Compliance requirements.
- Manages and provides support for transition of new processes or scope extensions.
Account Development
- Works closely with the Engagement Account Development Team; supports identification of potential areas where scope of project can be increased.
- Supports finalization of the solution for new Business Units.
- Participates in presentations for existing and potential Clients.
People Leadership:
- Creates strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization.
- Ensures the workload is properly assigned to employees.
- Encourages cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Identifies areas for employees’ development. Constant coaching of key members.
- Minimizes unwanted turnover. Manages hiring and internal recruitment processes.
- Cooperates with HR department on staff development and staff issues resolution.
- Cooperates with support departments within Capgemini organization on issues escalations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of F&A processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Bank Accounting, Insurance Accounting).
- Experience in people management is a must.
- Ability to influence at senior management levels in the BPO organization and Client’s organization.
- Excellent Client facing skills and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation/influencing skills.
- Able to summarize and analyze complex situations. Follow analytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detail.
- Able to manage conflicting time demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
